Most Factory Brands Direct open box and refurbished products come with a 1-year warranty. Original receipt required for all warranty claims.

Extended Warranty: An extended warranty of 1 or 2 years is available to purchase at the time of checkout.

Products must be brought in or shipped to our fulfillment centre for warranty work. Factory Brands Direct reserves the right to repair or replace with a compatible product if the original product is not repairable.

TV Shipping Rules

  • TVs under 50 inches — Available for both shipping and local pickup
  • TVs 50 inches and above — Available for local pickup only. These cannot be shipped due to their size.
